By incorporating health psychology models Alexis helps enhance mental and physical wellness, ensuring a holistic approach to your overall health.

Alexis also incorporates the DNA-V model into her practice. This model, widely embraced by medical professionals, therapists, educators, and more, is lauded for its simplicity and easy-to-understand style.
