Psychology with a Rights-Based, Trauma-Informed Foundation
At Life Skills DOJO, the first priority is helping you feel understood, respected, and supported.
Led by Dr. Alexis Carey, Doctorate-trained Chartered Health Psychologist, the practice combines health psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and the DNA-V model to address mental health, chronic conditions, and everyday challenges.
We explore how your body, mind, environment, and experiences interact to shape wellbeing, empowering you with practical strategies that work in real life.
